The Day of Coordinator will assist The Host with event logistics beginning one week before the event date. Services will include management of vendors on the day of, confirmation all supplies received as per orders, assurance style and vision is in line with expectations, remediation of situations as they arrive, coordinating all timing of event timeline and acting as the main point of contact on the day of. Set up with basic decorations such as guest book, basic table setup and rolling out aisle runner can be accommodated by the Day of Coordinator.
